Stage 1 — Channel Growth (Weeks 1–12)

• Publish 3–7 Shorts per week + 1 weekly recap video.
• Targets: 1,000 subscribers and either 4,000 public watch hours (12 months) or 10M Shorts views (90 days).
• Apply to the YouTube Partner Program and link Google AdSense once eligible.

Stage 2 — Monetization Live

• AdSense payouts received monthly; batch into weekly PEPE buys.
• Withdraw PEPE to collection wallet and execute weekly burns.
• Post every tx hash + amounts in the Burn Log.

Stage 3 — Automation & Reporting

• No-code/Light script to: confirm fiat balance → buy PEPE → withdraw → prep burn tx.
• CSV export + changelog in repo for full transparency.

Stage 4 — Community & Scale

• Collabs with meme/crypto channels; livestream “burn nights”.
• Community requests drive feature priorities .

Note: Burn cadence depends on YouTube eligibility and payout timing until YPP is approved.
